PANAMA IMPLEMENTS Ethics Education

In the community of Paraiso, Panama City, Sister Maryknoll Esperanza Principio, implemented the Manual for Ethical Education Learn to Live Together, with adolescents from the catechism program of the San Jose Parrish, and with the participation of the teacher in charge of that program. Given the enthusiasm of the 17 adolescents who participated in the program, work with the youth of this Parish will continue during the next school year, as part of the activities of GNRC- Panama.
PANAMA WILL CARRY OUT ETHIC EDUCATION WITH CHILDREN FROM THE INDIGENOUS COMMUNITIES IN DARIEN.


Isis Navarro and Esperanza Principio, from the Operative Committee of GNRC- Panama, visited Darien and reached agreements with the indigenous leaders of the Embera Wounaan Ethnic Group, for the implementation of Learn to Live Together in the Province of Darien, Panama. It was agreed to implement the program in the communities of Arimay and Pueblo Nuevo on May 8-9 and 29-30 respectively, with the participation of 30 children and 10 adult leaders of these communities.
